Owner & Operator
Nick Revord
Born and raised in Tawas City, MI, Nick is a proud local who graduated from Tawas Area High School. Nick pursued higher education at Michigan State University, earning a degree in Economics.
Returning to Tawas in 2015, Nick joined Revord Builders, bringing a fresh perspective and commitment to excellence. In 2021, Nick became a co-owner of Revord Builders, partnering with Evan St. Aubin to drive the company’s vision forward.
With a focus on quality and client satisfaction, Nick is dedicated to transforming homes and spaces with skillful craftsmanship and innovative solutions.

Evan St. Aubin
Born in Flint, MI and raised in Tawas City, MI, Evan has deep roots in the community. A proud graduate of Tawas Area High School, Evan pursued higher education at Grand Valley State University, earning a double major in Finance and Management Information Systems.
After returning to Tawas in 2017, Evan joined Revord Builders in 2020. By 2021, Evan became a co-owner of the company, alongside Nick Revord. Together, they lead Revord Builders with a shared vision of excellence and dedication to quality in custom home building and remodeling.
With a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces, Evan is committed to bringing clients' dreams to life through meticulous craftsmanship and personalized service.
